Ingredients
Propolis extract* from alcohol*, propolis* 10%, water.
*from controlled organic production

Recommended intake
Take 25 drops twice daily on a teaspoon, either neat or with a little sugar. Alternatively, add to milk, yogurt, or put on a piece of bread.

If necessary, wait approximately two hours before consumption to allow most of the alcohol to evaporate.
