We are working on offering delivery to more countries step by step. If you live outside Germany and Taiwan and would like to order, please contact us at info@germedi.de. We will gladly check the shipping costs and customs regulations for your country.

Please note: For deliveries to countries other than Germany and Taiwan, any customs duties, import taxes or fees charged in the destination country are payable by the buyer locally.

Payment is taken when you place your order and is processed through Shopify’s encrypted payment system. We never receive your full card details.

After placing your order, you will receive our bank details by email. Please transfer the invoice amount within 5 days, stating your order number. Your order will be processed as soon as we have received the payment.

Unavailable items

Because we purchase specifically for your order, an item may in rare cases be unavailable from the supplier. In this case, after checking, we will automatically refund the amount for this item through our system to the payment method you used.

FOR ORDERS TO TAIWAN Delivery to Taiwan The following applies only to orders shipped to Taiwan.

On the 5th and 20th of every month

For orders to Taiwan, we purchase your products specifically for your order. All orders to Taiwan received by these dates are included in that purchase round. The goods are then packed and shipped by our logistics partner.

The exact delivery time depends on the next purchase date and on customs clearance in Taiwan.

Customs clearance in Taiwan

Imports into Taiwan require real-name verification via the EZ WAY app.

Important: confirm the EZ WAY notification with “預先委任” (advance authorization)

Before your parcel reaches customs in Taiwan, the EZ WAY app automatically sends a real-name verification notification to your phone. Please be sure to confirm it by tapping “預先委任”. Only then can your parcel clear customs and continue on its way. Without this confirmation, the parcel will remain held at customs.

When ordering, please provide an email address you use regularly and at which you can be reached. If any documents or confirmations are needed during customs clearance, we will notify you by email.

To protect you from fraud: if you have any doubts about a message you received, feel free to contact us directly at info@germedi.de.

Any import duties for Taiwan are currently covered by us – you will not incur any additional costs on delivery.

If a parcel is inspected by customs, we will assist you in applying for an import permit for personal use.
