Originally from Nepal, sea buckthorn is now also native to Germany and is found mainly in the north of Germany, which has also earned it the nickname “lemon of the north”.
The oil is characterized by its bright orange-red color and is increasingly appreciated for both internal and external use. Due to its good adhesive properties, it adheres to mucous membranes in the throat, esophagus, and gastrointestinal tract.
Food supplement with carotenoids and vitamin E
Sea buckthorn oil with its characteristic fruity, oily flavor. Carotenoids give it its orange-red color. The capsules contain pure oil, half from the seeds and half from the fruit pulp.
Ingredients:
Sea buckthorn oil (78%), gelatin, humectant: glycerin, vitamin E (d-alpha-tocopherol).
Recommended intake:
Take 1 capsule 3 times daily with some liquid.
3 capsules contain 1500 mg sea buckthorn oil with 3 mg carotenoids and 4.65 mg vitamin E*.
