Is Germedi a German company?

Yes. We are registered in Germany and only ship from Germany or within the EU. All legal information can be found in the imprint.

Are the products original and safe?

Yes. All products come from German pharmacies, health food stores, or certified drugstores. We do not sell replicas or parallel imports.

Where do the products come from?

Our goods are purchased directly in Germany and shipped from Germany. Each product has a batch number and an expiration date.

How long does shipping take?

Within Germany: approx. 7 business days. You will receive tracking information via email.

Which shipping service provider is used for delivery?

We ship with DHL or Hermes, depending on the product and region.

What payment methods are available?

We offer secure and well-known payment methods: Credit Card and Apple Pay / Google Pay, American Express, Maestro.

Will my personal data be handled securely?

Are the products suitable for children, pregnant or breastfeeding women?

Please refer to the respective product information. Many dietary supplements are not suitable for children, pregnant or breastfeeding women. If in doubt, please consult your doctor or pharmacist.

Do the products contain allergens?

All ingredients are transparently listed on the product page. Please read the INCI list carefully or contact us with any questions.

Can I change or cancel my order?

As long as your order has not yet been shipped, we can make changes or cancellations. Please contact us as soon as possible.

Are customs fees charged?

No customs fees apply within the EU. For deliveries outside the EU, additional costs may arise depending on the country.
