     Our Collagen I + III capsules combine bioactive collagen peptides (Verisol® B) with the valuable nutrients vitamin C, biotin, and manganese. Each capsule contains 500 mg of high-quality collagen, 40 mg of vitamin C, 1 mg of manganese, and 25 µg of biotin – ideally formulated to specifically support skin, hair, nails, and connective tissue.

     Collagen is the most abundant protein in the human body, making up almost a third of the total protein mass. It forms the basis for the stability of tissues such as skin, bones, muscles, tendons, and ligaments. In the skin, collagen provides firmness, while the protein elastin supports elasticity and resilience.

     The capsules contain the skin-specific collagen types I and III, which together make up about 90% of the total collagen in the body:

     • Type I: Found in skin, bones, tendons and ligaments, it provides stability and strength.
