Our bones are constantly regenerating and therefore need to be adequately supplied with nutrients. Vitamins K2 and D3 are an important duo for bone maintenance. Vitamin D3 serves, among other things, as a "helper" for the bone mineral calcium absorbed from food.

One tetesept Vitamin K2 + D3 2700 tablet contains 80 μg of vitamin K2 in the biologically active all-trans form menaquinone-7 (MK-7). This high-quality form of vitamin K2 has high bioavailability and is therefore particularly well absorbed by the human body. It also contains 2700 IU (=67.50 μg) of vitamin D3.

Application
Take 1 tablet daily with sufficient liquid, swallowed whole. We recommend taking it with a meal.
