Properties:
Magnesium and calcium are essential for the performance of our muscles and
bones. Especially with strong physical and mental strain
as well as during sports, but also during growth and increasing age, an
increased need for these nutrients can arise.

Application & notes:
Recommended intake: Take 1 tablet once daily, unchewed, with sufficient liquid.
