The cozy fragrance composition of 100% natural essential oils helps to leave everyday stress behind and relax. Essential lavender oil relaxes, soothes the senses, and supports healthy sleep. Essential neroli oil relieves tension, has a balancing effect, and provides a sense of security. Warm and wonderfully fragrant vanilla extract creates a harmonious atmosphere and calms. As a bath additive, for example, mixed with salt, the fragrance blend unfolds its soothing effect. A warm aromatherapy bath promotes sleep and calms. The ideal bath temperature is 35 –38 °C.

Application For a full bath, mix max. 10 drops of the fragrance blend with 3 tbsp sea salt and add to the already run bath water.

Tip
An evening foot bath with the Sleep Well fragrance blend can also be enjoyed comfortably while sitting on the sofa. Especially during the transitional seasons in spring and autumn, when you tend to have cold feet, a foot bath warms the whole body and thus strengthens the immune system. Afterwards, applying Sleep Well Balm and briefly massaging the feet will also make them wonderfully soft.
