Instructions for a gentle chest wrap with great effect:
For a soothing warming chest compress, prepare a cotton cloth, the moisturizing balm, and a vest or a snug outer wrap. Warm the cotton cloth to body temperature, for example, on a radiator or hot water bottle. Then begin by gently rubbing the moisturizing balm onto the chest. Place the slightly warmed cotton cloth on the chest and put on a bodysuit or a close-fitting vest. Finally, cover your child with a soft blanket. Stay with your child throughout the entire application and stop if your child seems uncomfortable.
