How does royal jelly get into capsule form?
In a process called "lyophilization," a gentle freeze-drying method, royal jelly is concentrated to a particularly high degree. In this process, the royal jelly is deep-frozen and dried under high vacuum. This method allows for a concentration of three times the amount of royal jelly; that is, 167 mg of lyophilized royal jelly is equivalent to 500 mg of fresh royal jelly.
