For example, in cases of fatigue and heavy legs, after a cool Kneipp shower, 1 drop of peppermint can be applied to the damp skin to provide a real boost of freshness.

Organic lavender
Lavender oil is considered the most important and popular oil in aromatherapy and personal care. Due to its wide range of effects, lavender essential oil is a true all-rounder. Lavender is sometimes even referred to as "a pharmacy in a bottle." The scent of lavender oil is fresh and herbaceous-floral. A special characteristic of the oil is its ability to be both stimulating and refreshing when feeling fatigued, as well as relaxing and calming when stressed. Thus, the oil is able to soothe extremes on both a physical and emotional level and restore balance. Lavender oil is also a particularly effective and quick remedy for burns, many skin problems, and even sleep disorders.

Tea tree essential oil is often touted as a versatile ingredient and is a valuable component of many natural cosmetic products. Particularly effective for inflamed skin, it is used in the care of blemishes such as pimples and acne due to its clarifying and skin-regenerating properties.
