How should I cut the stollen?
Cut it in the middle, slice outwards, then push the two halves back together. This keeps the cut surfaces from drying out.
Does the stollen contain alcohol?
Rum is used as an ingredient for flavour. If you want to avoid alcohol completely, please keep this in mind.
How long does the stollen keep?
