What vitamin D does in the body

Vitamin D is far more than just a bone mineral. It contributes to normal cell division, supports the immune system during the colder season, and helps maintain muscle function – especially in old age, when endogenous production decreases. Since vitamin D is found in relevant quantities in only a few foods (e.g., fatty fish, liver), intake through diet is insufficient for many people. Composition and dosage

Ingredients: Calcium carbonate, microcrystalline cellulose, maltodextrin, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, isomalt, magnesium salts of fatty acids, medium-chain triglycerides, vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol), carnauba wax. Gluten-free, lactose-free.

Suitable for / Recommended intake / Notes

Suitable for: Adults and elderly people, especially with little time spent outdoors or increased demand during the winter months.

Not suitable for children, adolescents, and pregnant women.

Recommended intake: Take 1 mini-tablet whole with sufficient liquid daily.

Notes: For prolonged use, it is recommended to have your blood vitamin D levels checked. Other vitamin D-containing food supplements or medications should not be taken without medical consultation. The product must not be used in case of increased calcium levels in the blood (hypercalcemia) or increased calcium concentration in the urine (hypercalciuria).
