Bad Heilbrunner Menopause Wacher Kopf is an organic herbal tea specially blended for the menopause years: a combination of women's herbs – lady's mantle, red clover and chaste tree – rounded off with green mate and maca. Lemongrass, rooibos, lemon balm and orange peel give it a fresh, fruity aroma. At 2–3 cups a day, the 20 tea bags last about 7–10 days.

Each cup provides 12 mg of natural vitamin C from acerola, which is 15 % of the nutrient reference value. Vitamin C contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Thanks to the mate, the tea contains caffeine; no artificial flavourings are added.
