Ingredients
Elderflowers, 30g; Thyme, 20g; Willow bark, 20g; Anise, 5g; Blackberry leaves, 5g; Bitter fennel, 5g; Rosehip shells, 5g; Wild thyme, 5g; Licorice root, 5g

Instructions for use
Pour approximately 150 ml of boiling water over one tea bag of cold and flu tea and let it steep, covered, for about 10 minutes. Gently squeeze the tea bag and remove it. Unless otherwise directed, drink a freshly prepared cup of tea several times a day.
