Application

Internal use:
Average daily dose: 6 to 12 drops, i.e. 3-4 drops 2-3 times a day.
For inhalation:
Add 3-4 drops to approximately 300 ml of hot water, 2-3 times a day.
External use:
Rub a few drops into the affected area of skin.

Do not use internally for digestive problems in children under 12 years of age ; there are insufficient data; do not use on the face or for inhalation in preschool children; asthma-like conditions may occur.
